You’ll find the most effective approach is adding us to your team on an on-going basis. Retainer enables us to work with you interactively as critical decisions and interesting opportunities arise; it cuts the start-up and briefing time to a minimum. We agree on priorities upfront and review them regularly so that the time utilized is highly directed and efficient. Minimum commitment is two days per month.

Our project approach is designed for fast, focused results. If you’re looking for a consultant to go off on their own for three months and then come back with an answer, we’re not for you. We keep projects short so that everyone keeps moving ahead in synch. Short projects reduce your risk--and ours--with bounded scope, known deliverables and fixed fees. Projects run from 3 days to 3 weeks, so we’re not answering one question while you’ve moved on to something else. You’ll have our answers in time to make an informed decision.

Often executives in growing ventures need a peer or a coach to help work through important issues. Our one-day coaching session is a great way to target high-impact opportunities, set priorities or dissect problems either alone or with your whole team. You’ll finish the day with an action plan for moving ahead quickly on your own.
